Blake Corder

Blake Corder has been immersed in real estate for as long as he can remember. Growing up with both parents in the industry, he spent countless hours on job sites, attending open houses, and learning the business firsthand. That early exposure laid the foundation for what has become a highly successful career spanning over two decades.

A 2002 graduate of the University of Alabama with a bachelor's degree in accounting, Blake quickly turned his focus to real estate—specifically residential construction, commercial leasing, and income-producing property investments. Today, he is recognized as one of Tuscaloosa’s most knowledgeable and trusted agents in both commercial and residential real estate sales and property management.

Blake is a founding partner of The Builders Group, LLC, one of the area’s premier homebuilding and real estate development companies. His leadership and insight extend beyond his day-to-day work; he currently serves on the boards of several respected organizations, including the Alabama Housing Finance Authority, Habitat for Humanity of Tuscaloosa, the Home Builders Association of Alabama (former Secretary–Executive Committee, 2017), the Home Builders Association of Tuscaloosa (President, 2011), and the Druid City Business League (President, 2016).

When he’s not helping clients or leading community initiatives, Blake enjoys an active family life with his wife and fellow Realtor, Angel Corder, and their three sons—John Thomas, Jackson, and Mills. The Corders are proud members of St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church on the University of Alabama campus.
